We are pleased to announce that from the 1st January 2010 a new venture,  Eccora Ltd, acquired from us the rights to undertake the trade mark research and support services previously offered to clients. Headed by a former Carratu director, Spencer Burgess, Eccora will be working with clients looking to establish and create new trade marks and brands, providing specialist support in the areas of trade mark in use - registered and unregistered marks, common law investigations and company / business name profiling.  Carratu will continue to provide the full range of investigative services aimed at the protection and enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) such as patent and trade mark infringement and anti-counterfeiting.

Eccora and Carratu remain as affiliated companies cross-sharing and supporting each other's particular area of business.
