The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) is an international, 35,000 member professional organisation dedicated to fighting fraud and white-collar crime. With offices in North America and Europe - and chapters around the globe - the Association is networked to respond to the needs of anti-fraud professionals everywhere.  More than 50% of our employees are Certified Fraud Examiners with Paul Carratu holding the position of UK Chapter President from 2004-2008.

Founded in 1976 the UK based Institute of Professional Investigators (IPI) is now the largest organisation of its kind in the UK. The Forensic Science Society was established in 1958, in Harrogate, with the intention of acting as a multidisciplinary society dedicated to the application of Science to the cause of Justice.  In 1980 the Society added a professional qualifying function to its academic activities.
