Senior Investigator/Consultant - IP Team
We are looking for experienced investigators to join our investigation team specialising in complex IP investigations. The ideal candidate will be IT proficient and have previous knowledge of IP infringement and enforcement work.
A good standard of report writing is required as is attention to detail and the tenacity to pursue a case to a successful conclusion.
Our operations have a global remit and the ability to travel world wide, often at short notice, is a strict requirement. Foreign languages and the ability to understand and adapt to different cultures, whilst not a pre-requirement, will be of benefit.
Senior Consultant - Corporate/IT Team
We are looking to expand our capability with the addition of a specialist corporate IT investigator. The ideal candidate should, in addition to general investigation skills, have a proven background in computer forensics gained in either the Police or Military.
Using forensically sound techniques and software they will work closely with our investigators to uncover any evidence present on all forms of storage media, including computer hard drives, mobile phones, PDAs, memory sticks etc.
Any material recovered must be acceptable in any court therefore a through understanding of evidence handling procedures is essential.
