Computer Forensics

Computer Forensics is a branch of forensic science pertaining to legal evidence found in computers and digital storage mediums. Computer forensics is also known as digital forensics are now at the centre of every investigation. To provide this specialist resource Carratu has a dedicated team of computer forensics experts that operate from a state-of-the-art forensic laboratory within our offices.

Using highly qualified and ISFCE (International Society for Forensic Computer Examiners), certified personnel who have previously served in a computer forensics role with the Computer Crimes Unit (SO6) of the Metropolitan Police, we are able to cover all areas of computer misuse including fraud, internet / e-mail abuse, data theft, pornography and hacking.

Our computer forensics experts, using forensically sound techniques and software work closely with our investigation team to uncover any evidence present on all forms of storage media, including computer hard drives, mobile phones, PDAs, memory sticks etc. Any material recovered through our computer forensics service will be acceptable in any court.
